NOTICE OF AGM - 2020
The AGM will be held on Wednesday 18th November 2020. Time to be confirmed but will almost certainly take place via Zoom. Details will be published nearer the time.
The Meeting will receive the Committee's report and financial statement, elect Officers and Committee and deal with any other matter specified on the agenda.
Items not on the agenda may be raised and discussed at the AGM, but not voted on.
Any member wishing to place an item on the agenda should notify the Chairman by Weds 11th November.
