Yeovill Marathon

Flat course for PB chasers - Half also available

Yeovil Town RRC are pleased to announce that the Yeovil Marathon is back next year on the 10th June 2018 with the addition of our brand new race, the Heron Half Marathon. The venue is the RNAS Yeovilton Athletics Track and the start of the Marathon is 09:00 and the start of the Half will be 10:00. Entry is online only via Full on Sport and up to the 31st December 2017 there is an Early Bird Entry Fee of £25 Affiliated and £27 Non-Affiliated for the Marathon; £18 Affiliated and £20 Non-Affiliated for the Half. From the 1st Jan 2018 they revert to the normal fees of £33 & £35 for the Marathon and £22 & £24 for the Half. The route has changed slightly from the previous 3 years but will be certified accurate for the respective distances and a UKA Race Licence will be applied for for both races. For those Runners that haven't done this race before it is perfect for those who want to try their first Full or Half Marathon due to the route being fairly flat, also this route offers those a PB opportunity and to gain that Good for Age or Championship Qualifying times for London or other Marathon Majors.
