Entry fee, affiliated £15.00, non affiliated £17.00. Limited to 150 runners. Runners must be 16 years or older. (a non affiliated runner is one who is NOT a member of a UKA affiliated club or the TRA)
All runners will receive a bottle of Exmoor Ale
After a break of 4 years the South Molton Struggle was reborn in 2022 with a new race HQ and route that proved very popular.
The brand new 8 mile course is multi terrain, mix of farm tracks, paths, open fields, woodlands and tarmac with lots of hills and glorious views.
Trail shoes a must as it's very slippery!
Race HQ and the superb start/finish area will be at the Riverside Caravan Park, South Molton - adjacent to link road. We will have full use of club house bar and restaurant.
Food will be available in the restaurant afterwards but you a recommended to book in advance with the campsite - 01769 579269
Registration, bag drop facility and a changing area will be in the huge marquee at the start/finish line. Sorry no showers.
The race will be fully marshalled with a drinks station. This is a plastic free event, bring your own bottle/cup.
Regrets no dogs.
Prizes will be given for 1st, 2nd and 3rd male/female overall and for 1st in the following age categories: Senior, V35, V40, V45, V50, V55, V60, V65. There will also be male/female team prizes, first 4 across the line.
